Earth Uprising’s Global Youth Council was formed to connect young climate activists from all around the world. The council’s primary purpose is tell their personal stories of the climate crisis, and use their lived experiences to imagine a new, sustainable future for our planet and humanity.

The transformational proposals generated by our Global Youth Council will be interventions in all current systems of national and international policy and governance. Our Global Youth Council will also bring climate education to their peers in their countries, as well as mobilize and participate in direct actions as each country allows. We’ve been failed by the generations which have preceded us. Not only are the youth responsible for bringing the climate crisis to the attention of the world, we now must bring the climate solutions to the world too.
